Julianne Hough’s DAXXIFY Partnership Is Personal

The dancer, actress and host shares the beauty choice she made before becoming a brand partner — and why she’s ready to talk about it.

For Julianne Hough, a beauty partnership began with something simple: she liked what she was already using.

Before becoming DAXXIFY’s celebrity partner, the dancer, actress and television host had made the brand part of her own routine. Now, she is bringing that experience into the spotlight, sharing how the relationship developed and why it feels like a natural fit.

“Daxxify feels like it’s enhancing me,” Hough has said.

It is a brief statement that captures her approach to beauty. After years of performances, television appearances and photo shoots, Hough knows how she wants to feel when the cameras turn toward her: confident, comfortable and recognizably herself.

A Fan Before the Partnership
Hough did not initially expect DAXXIFY to become her go-to. She has said she thought trying it would be a lateral move from what she had used before. Instead, her experience surprised her and changed her preferences.

“I feel like my skin is much more glassy and smooth,” she has said, describing her own impression.

That personal history gives the collaboration its starting point. Hough is discussing a choice she had already made, with the partnership creating an opportunity to explain it to a wider audience.

For Nadeem Moiz, CEO of Revance, the company behind DAXXIFY, that connection was particularly important.

“We are incredibly excited to be partnering with Julianne Hough for DAXXIFY,” Moiz said. “Like Julianne, we pride ourselves on authenticity and transparency, so the fact that Julianne was a fan of DAXXIFY prior to the partnership is particularly meaningful to us. We are extremely proud to be the fastest growing neurotoxin in the U.S. and look forward to continuing to grow and reach new audiences through our partnership with Julianne.”

Beauty on Her Own Terms
Hough’s work depends on expression. Whether she is dancing, acting or hosting, personality is part of the performance. Her beauty preferences reflect that, too.

“Being on camera, I want to look like me and feel fresh, alive and bright,” she has said.

She has spoken about liking some of her natural lines and learning to communicate what she wants. Finding that balance involved experimenting with different approaches and paying attention to what felt right for her.

Her schedule is another consideration. Moving among rehearsals, sets and hosting commitments leaves little room for a routine that feels difficult to maintain. Hough has said DAXXIFY fits seamlessly into that lifestyle, helping explain why it remained part of her routine before the partnership came together.

Taking the Conversation Public
The collaboration forms part of DAXXIFY’s awareness and consumer education campaign. Hough will share content through her social media channels and the brand’s platforms, discussing her experience and the reasons behind her choice.
It also gives her a platform for a broader conversation about transparency. She is choosing to share more of her own story, including the process of discovering her preferences.

The partnership brings that openness together with a brand she says she already knew and liked. Hough’s role began with personal experience; now, she is making that experience part of the conversation.
